  I feel bad about writing a negative because I hadn't given Parry's a positive one first. This used to be our favorite pizza place. A great beer selection, good pizza and a good atmosphere. I will be tough for me to go back after today's experience. I sat down with two hungry kids who were looking forward to the meal. The waiter came by and took our order and brought drinks, then we sat, and sat, and sat for 30 plus minutes. The waiter didn't check back as our drinks sat empty for 20 minutes. Finally another waiter stopped by because he said we had been there for a long time. I told him the issue and he talked to our waiter, they must have looked for our order in the system and not liked what they saw, our waiter came to the table and said "Did I take your order?" and proceeded to flip through his order booklet trying to find our order. He had taken our order and didn't submit it to the kitchen. He then said "Can I take your order" I told him we were leaving and I asked to speak to his manager. His manager said he was sorry after I explained the situation and we left. The experience left a very bad taste in my mouth, even though we didn't get any food.
